Mental Health Therapist

St. Clare Health Mission offers in-person and virtual mental health counseling services to support your emotional well-being. Mental health counseling provides a safe, confidential space to talk through life’s challenges, manage stress, process emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. Shaylyn Goldbeck, Mental Health Therapist, will be on maternity leave beginning in November 2026 and is not currently accepting new patients. Existing patients will receive additional information regarding continuity of care and scheduling prior to Shaylyn’s leave. New Counseling Services with Allison Forst St. Clare Health Mission is also welcoming Allison Forst, Counseling Intern, beginning August 31, 2026. Allison will be completing her clinical training at St. Clare Health Mission and will be available to provide mental health counseling to new patients as her training and scheduling availability allow. New patient appointments with Allison will be available soon. Additional information about scheduling and how to request an appointment will be posted once she begins accepting patients. Continuity Clinic

By appointment ONLY
  • First Wednesday morning of each month: 8:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Third Thursday evening of each month: 5:00-8:00 pm
  • The clinic provides primary medical care for those with more complex medical needs and chronic conditions
